Hieff UNICON Universal Blue is a 2× SYBR Green qPCR master mix for real-time PCR gene-expression analysis. The blue tracking dye and ROX passive reference dye have different functions; check the manufacturer guidance for your instrument.
Hieff UNICON Universal Blue is a 2× SYBR Green qPCR master mix containing antibody-mediated hot-start Taq, blue tracking dye and a universal ROX passive reference formulation. YEASEN describes balanced amplification across targets with 30–70% GC content. The fast programme uses a 20-second annealing/extension step; the standard programme uses 30 seconds. It is a dye-based qPCR mix, not a reverse-transcription kit or probe-specific mix.

The current manual provides fast and standard programmes, with annealing/extension steps of 20 and 30 seconds respectively. Refer to the manual for instrument-specific guidance.
No. Blue dye is a visible loading aid; ROX is a passive fluorescence reference. Neither is the SYBR Green detection dye.
At the manual's 20 µL reaction format, 10 µL of 2× mix is used per reaction: 1 mL therefore provides 100 reactions before handling losses. A different reaction volume changes this count.
