Match the reference bands to the DNA fragments you expect on your agarose gel. Compare the full band map, including the brighter reference bands; product names alone do not tell you every band position. These markers already contain loading buffer, but a DNA-visualisation stain is a separate requirement. A 100 T pack refers to ladder-lane loads at the manufacturer's stated volume, not 100 PCR reactions.
