Hieff Ultra-Rapid II 10167 is a 2× antibody-modified hot-start Taq master mix with red tracking dye and 3′-A product ends. The manual lists products up to 15 kb and extension as fast as 1 second/kb for specified short templates. Longer or more complex templates require longer extension. It is designed for rapid endpoint PCR.
