Hifair AdvanceFast 11150 prepares cDNA for PCR or qPCR. It supplies primers separately, giving you a choice of priming approach.
Hifair AdvanceFast 11150 is a no-dye cDNA synthesis kit for PCR and qPCR, with separate random N6 and oligo(dT)18 primers and a gDNA Digester Mix. The manual also permits gene-specific priming. It describes a five-minute reverse-transcription incubation for cDNA below 14 kb, with longer incubation considered for longer products. Performance depends on the RNA sample and application.

11150 supplies primers separately for PCR/qPCR cDNA preparation and longer-cDNA applications. 11155 has premixed primers and is specifically intended for qPCR, not long-fragment gene cloning.
